The Cranmer Cup Event

The Cranmer Cup is name in honor of Thomas Cranmer, Archbishop of Canterbury during the reign of Henry VIII, Edward VI and for a short time Mary I. Bishop Cranmer is known as the author of the first Book of Common Prayer in 1549 and it is the Book of Common Prayer that most identifies the churches around the world that today form the Anglican Communion.
